Notes
Property is fenced in which is great for families with small kids. Pool is fenced in as well. Close to everything !! This property is going to be the house of many families for years to come. Give us a try and see for yourself. The location could not be better feels like you are front row but not in your pocket. The pool being in the front yard is rare in Garden City. We have a half bath and outside shower so you don’t have to run upstairs when its’ potty time. We would like to develope a raport with our guest so when you get to our home if you do not find somthing you think should be there, just call and if it’s within my power ‘I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN !!
